FBT is one of the first AmLaw 200 firms to embrace the power of data to truly understand the business needs of its clients. Last year, the firm appointed Cindy Bare as Chief Data and Innovation Officer to leverage her two decades of experience in legal technology and knowledge management. In just 14 months, FBT’s new team consolidated firm data into a cloud data lake, implemented powerful visual reporting tools, and populated an experience database. The team’s initiatives enable data-driven decisions and enhance the firm’s ability to deliver industry-focused solutions in manufacturing, finance, technology, health care and energy.
The Data and Innovation team has a unique blend of skills including data science and analytics, technology, research, and legal project management. FBT is one of only seven firms included in the “Best Business Team” category and will be honored alongside the other finalists in a ceremony later in the year.
