USTAXFS underpins exponential growth plans with key regional appointments and promotions

We are pleased to announce that USTAXFS has promoted two senior team members in both London and Geneva into Director positions.   Inna Ganz in Geneva and Stacy Martin in London are now US Tax Directors within the fast-growing Corporate and Funds Tax Group.

Inna Ganz joined USTAXFS in 2022 as an Associate Corporate Tax Director, responsible for fund and corporate US tax compliance and consulting services across a range of sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, automotive and financial services.  She oversees the Corporate/Fund team based in Switzerland and reports directly to Bradley Albin, International Corporate Tax Director.  Inna possesses over 14 years tax experience, including Big Four experience, after holding roles at GHJ Advisors, PwC and EY.

Stacy Martin joined USTAXFS in 2021 as an Associate Corporate Tax Director, providing US tax compliance and advisory services as well as overseeing the London Corporate/Funds team.  Stacy, who also reports to Bradley Albin, has 16+ years’ experience working in US international tax bringing Big Four experience from KPMG and EY.  She focuses on the US tax compliance and consulting needs for European private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds and asset managers. Over the past two years, the division has experienced exponential growth as a result of her strong client management skills and expertise in handling complex cross-border cases.

We are also pleased to announce promotions for Julio Cornejo, Nida Gashi and Swati Kesarwani in our London office and Larry Churnovic and Minh Pham in our Zurich and Geneva offices, respectively.

Nora Rothrock, Managing Director, London, comments: “We believe in attracting, developing and rewarding our employees.  They enable us to provide best-in-class tax advisory services to our cross-border client base and will undoubtedly set us up for our next stage of growth.”

Darlene Hart, Founder and Swiss CEO, says: “I congratulate each of our team members on their well-deserved promotions.  They will play a vital role in the stewardship of the firm moving forward and will help us further strengthen our business areas to the benefit of our clients.”
