Frost Brown Todd Nashville Attorneys named 2022 Mid-South Rising Stars® – Frost Brown Todd

Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is pleased to announce that three Nashville attorneys have been included in the 2022 edition of Mid-South Rising Stars®. Member Nathan Harris and managing associate Kacy Joy are ranked among the top up-and-coming attorneys in the region, which includes Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee. The Rising Stars® list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars®, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.

The Frost Brown Todd attorneys selected for the 2022 edition of Mid-South Rising Stars® include:

Nathan S. Harris – Business/Corporate
Harris’ practice covers the entire spectrum of the business lifecycle, ranging from assisting first-time entrepreneurs with entity formation to advising public and private organizations through complex merger and acquisition transactions. He has been included in Rising Stars for the past three years.

Kathryn R. Joy “Kacy” – Real Estate
As a managing associate with the Real Estate group helps developers, investors and property owners go from funding to final inspection by assisting with acquisition and leasing transactions, property management relationships, and land use and zoning matters. She further counsels her real estate clients in their ongoing operations, assisting with both transactional and litigation matters.

FBT’s Nashville team of attorneys and legal staff has a wide range of knowledge and skills and is led by Member-in-Charge Mekesha Montgomery. The group has specialized industry experience representing clients in automotive, manufacturing, blockchain and digital currency, government relations, and technology.
